FLORIDA GULF COAST UNIVERSITY (FORT MYERS, Fla.) -

The trial for two men accused in the murder of Jonathan Delices went into its second day, with a jury hearing opening statements to start.

The state put Cameron Wilson on the stand, the man who was with Delices when he was shot.

Wilson was the drug dealer who orchestrated the original deal that went sour. Both sides agreed that Delices was only a driver trusting his friend when he was shot and killed.

The trial for Christopher Ward and Dejerion Stewart continues through the end of the week, while the trial for their co-defendant Rodney Ivery is scheduled for later this year.
