Men guilty of second-degree murder in death of FGCU student

FLORIDA GULF COAST UNIVERSITY (FORT MYERS, Fla.) -

UPDATE: Christopher Ward and Dejerion Stewart were sentenced to life in prison for killing Jonathan Delices. 

 

Two men involved in the death of an FGCU student have been found guilty of second-degree murder, the jury announced Friday.

Christopher Ward and Dejerion Stewart shot and killed 23-year-old Jonathan Delices during a drug deal in 2017.

Ward and Stewart will face sentencing on October 15.
