1.) Shooting in Fort Myers injures multiple people for second day in a row

 

Several people were injured after a shooting in Fort Myers that shut down US-41 early Thursday morning.

Investigators shut down US-41 at Hanson Street near the Sungold Plaza, however, it is again open to traffic. During the investigation, several cars were towed away.
 

 

2.) Bell Tower shooter remains at large

 The killer in a deadly shooting at the Bell Tower Shops that took two lives and wounded two other people is still on the loose more than 24 hours later.

Detectives with the Lee County Sheriff's Office continued their investigation Wednesday releasing more details.

Lee County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who tried to sexually assault a woman after he threw her to the ground.

It happened Monday near Barbie and Tucker Lanes in North Fort Myers.
 

5.) Are code violations to blame for North Fort Myers mulch fires?

 

It's been one day since the Lee County Hearing Examiner met with MW Horticulture and Recycling to tackle the Irma debris pile problem, and still, no solution has been found.
